Celebrate Easter at Foots Cray Baptist Church.

Wednesdays in Lent

12noon    Lent Lunches at Emmanuel Church, Granville Road, Sidcup

To support Christian Aid, Churches Together in Sidcup organise a series of simple lunches of bread, cheese and fruit on Wednesdays in Lent. The time will include a "Pause for Thought".

Holy Week (Monday 15 to Thursday 18 April)

The church will be open from 10am to noon for anyone to drop in for prayer.  Several attractive "prayer stations" will encourage visitors to pray and reflect on the Easter message. Our pastor Brenda Brundritt and others will be available if you would like prayer or a chat.

Maundy Thursday 18 April

8:00pm   Communion Service with Sidcup Baptist Church and Albany Park Baptist Church, at Albany Park Baptist Church

Good Friday 19 April

8:00am   BMS World Mission Breakfast, here at Foots Cray Baptist Church.  Speakers working in Thailand will give a talk at 10am

9:30am   Churches Together in Sidcup Walk of Witness - meet at St John's Church, Sidcup

11:45am  Service of Reflection, led by Brenda Brundritt

12noon    20,000 people will gather to watch the Easter story in Central and           London.
3:15pm

Supported by Bible SoWhallciety and the Mayor of London, one hundred Wintershall players will bring their electric and moving portrayal of the final days of Jesus to Trafalgar Square.  The 90-minute production is completely free of charge and no tickets are required.  The production is open air with visibility maximised using large screens. There is a realistic interpretation of the crucifixion so parental guidance is advised. British sign language interpretation is provided and there is a designated Disabled Seating Area.

Easter Sunday 21 April

6:00am     Sunrise Service in the graveyard, followed by a croissant breakfast

11:00am   Easter Celebration
